Here at o n c e : o n c e (“We”, “Us” or the “Agent”), do our best effort to provide you with the best experience and level of service. For us, Privacy is a very important matter and something we do not take it lightly. In order to become a client of  o n c e : o n c e, or receive more detailed information about a property listed on our website, the client will be asked to provide certain personal data, such as: full name, email address, telephone number, City and Country. The personal data submitted voluntarily in the form by the client will be used by  o n c e : o n c e only in the manner provided in this Policy. 

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes: to provide you the requested services and information; to notify you about new services or products related to the ones purchased or acquired; to inform you about changes on those services and products; to make studies and programs which are necessary to determine consumer behavior; to evaluate our services and products periodically in order to improve quality; to evaluate the quality of the services we provide; and overall, to comply with the obligations contracted with you.

At no time  o n c e : o n c e will request your authorization to collect Sensitive Personal Data, hence we will only have record on our database of Personal Data and Patrimonial Data.

The personal data provided by the client will be part of the data base that will contain the client’s personal archive. The client can correct, cancel or oppose to them going directly to the facilities of  o n c e : o n c e and/or sending an email to hola@onceonceproperties.com, making reference on the matter in question.  o n c e : o n c e will do their best effort to respond directly to your email address within seven working days.

o n c e : o n c e, will take reasonable measures to allow the client to update the submitted data, and will seek to delete the register and personal data from the database when the client requests so; nevertheless, it is full knowledge of the client that this data may result impossible to be completely deleted due to security backups and registers of deleted data. The cancellation or deletion of the client’s personal data will not proceed if the treatment of this personal data is necessary to comply with any legal obligation.

If  o n c e : o n c e, decides to make any change on this policies, the client will be notified thru an updated version of the privacy policies, either thru the website www.casalagos.onceonceproperties.com and/or by sending an email in order to keep the client updated on any changes.

DEFINITIONS
